A Different Approach to Healing & Education
I didn't find herbalism in a textbook. I found it through lived experience-- through motherhood, personal healing, and a deep belief that our health and education systems can do better.
What began as a desire to understand the body more deeply became a calling to educate an empower families. I believe children deserve to learn about their bodies, nature, and healing in ways that feel intuitive, grounded, and empowering -- not sterile or disconnected.
Today, I am an herbal educator, practitioner, and business owner devoted to creating safe science-informed, nature-rooted healing spaces for families.
Education & Professional Foundation
I am currently pursuing a B.A. in Interdisciplinary Studies at Western Connecticut State University, with concentrations in Justice & Law Administration and Humanities.
My academic work explores how systems, policy, ethics, and education intersect -- especially in the areas of health access, child development, and community wellbeing. This foundation shapes how I approach herbal education: responsibly, ethically, and with awareness of the larger systems families navigate every day.
I am intentionally building a career that bridges traditional plant wisdom with structured academic and clinical training. My long-term goal is to pursue advanced medical education as a Physician Assistant, integrating evidence-based medicine with preventative, educational, and holistic care.
Herbalism is not separate from this path -- it is where my clinical curiosity began.
