I have to give Mylah most of the credit here. She recently was diagnosed with Lyme Disease and her first question for me was, "Mommy what plants can help me?". We went right into all my herbalism books and used what we had at home (which happened to be the perfect herbs).
Please keep in mind, Mylah is on a long round of antibiotics, but she is still struggling with some symptoms such as fatigue and joint pain. These herbs that we have chosen are just right for her.
I am proud of Mylah for putting this together. She was so excited and nervous all at the same time. Even though this video is only 2.5 minutes long, she put in the work all day today. Knowing the herbs, learning how to say them, rehearsing lines on the whiteboard, and staying patient with herself.
